Costume Drive

PORT OF HOPE COSTUME DRIVE 🎃 We’re collecting new and gently used children’s costumes to give away FREE to local families! And listen, even if your family doesn’t celebrate Halloween, it seems like there’s a reason for kids to dress up every other day this time of year. 😂 Fall festivals, school spirit days, book character days, church events, costume days...it adds up fast! A costume your child may wear once shouldn’t have to break the bank. So we want to help. We’re collecting through Sunday, Oct. 18. We need costumes in all sizes, baby through teen, along with masks, capes, hats, accessories and trick-or-treat bags. 📍 DROP OFF: Donations can be brought to Port of Hope Church in Mooringsport any time at our drop-off box located outside the fellowship hall. 🚗 CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE CHURCH?Message us! We can arrange to pick up your donation. 🏪 BUSINESS OWNERS: If you would be willing to let us place a donation box at your business, please reach out! We’d love to make donating as easy as possible. After everything is collected and sorted, we’ll hold a FREE community costume giveaway Oct. 22-24, where kids can come find a costume they love. No cost. No strings attached. ❤️ Have a costume sitting in a closet that your child has outgrown? Maybe an old dance outfit or sports uniform? Pass it along and let another kid make some memories in it this year! Please SHARE and help us spread the word!
